The holidays are about love, family, and celebration — but they don’t have to come with high blood pressure, extra pounds, or food guilt!
Joinor a fun, food-filled afternoon where we’ll explore how to add nourishing, plant-based versions of traditional Southern holiday dishes to your family table.
You’ll learn:
- How to enjoy the holidays while keeping your health goals on track
- Easy ways to “veganize” classic favorites (your family won’t even know!)
- Why fiber-rich, whole-food ingredients help balance blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar
- Tips for navigating family gatherings when your diet looks different
- Simple recipes and holiday hacks that make wellness delicious
This event is perfect for anyone who wants to eat better during the holidays — whether you’re fully plant-based or just “plant-curious.”
