Would you like to reflect on your birthing experience through Art, in a safe and understanding setting?About this Event
Our birth trauma lead, and service lead, has organised a Birth Reflection Circle in The Barberry.
This circle will focus on mum's who have given birth in the last 3 years locally, and experienced perinatal mental health challenges.
The group session will be art focused and supported by consultant psychologists within The Barberry Mental Health Centre.
The session will focus on feelings and emotions around your birth experience, and there will be an opportunity to tell your story privately should you choose to, with Laura our Service Lead and consultant psychologist on hand for support if necessary.
