About this Event
Welcome to the Birth and Baby Course!
This course aims to provide families with consistent, up to date and evidence-based information on: the physiology of labour and birth; coping and support during labour; when birth takes an unexpected pathway; your recovery after having a baby and caring for a newborn.
This course is ideal for those seeking informative, fun and empowering antenatal education sessions in a non-judgmental and positive environment. With an opportunity to meet other parents-to-be within the local area.
Whether you are expecting your first child or adding to your growing family, this in-person course allows you the opportunity to ask questions and gain valuable knowledge from our experienced midwives. The course aims to support you in making personalised choices around your labour and birth.
This course is recommended for all women and birthing people between 30 and 36 weeks gestation and aligns also with our virutal pain relief session so ensure you book this also!
Join us at the Horsham Community Hospital for the opportunity to learn and socialise in a warm and welcoming environment.
