The purpose of this meeting is to consider executing agreements with applicants for the Rehab & Shovel Ready Program, to consider reserving six properties for inclusion in the AHOP program, to consider executing a Release of Restrictive Covenants for properties with existing Land Bank agreements, to consider authorizing the option to regain titles to properties with existing Land Bank agreements, to consider executing a new agreement with Kinetic Communications, LLP for website maintenance, to consider an amendment to an existing Professional Services Agreement with Premier Vestavia LLC, or take such further action as may be conducted or taken at a meeting of the Board of Directors.
