Women Who Shape The State, 2026

This is Alabama is proud to recognize and celebrate the 13th annual class of Women Who Shape the State. This year’s event, presented by Inline Lighting, will honor 25 extraordinary women across Alabama who are making a meaningful impact in their own distinct and powerful ways.

Hosted at The Club, the program will feature live entertainment, a keynote spesker, and a special video highlighting this year’s honorees. Guests will enjoy a three-course luncheon, followed by a thoughtfully curated program hosted by AL.com’s Ivana Hrynkiw.

Menu & Dietary Restrictions:
The main course will feature Parmesan-crusted chicken served with garlic scalloped potatoes, roasted baby carrots, pesto purée, lemon butter sauce, fried capers, fresh herbs, and parmesan cheese. A vegetarian and gluten-free option will also be available and will include gluten-free sweet potato lasagna layered with zucchini, squash, and onions, fresh mozzarella, arugula purée, and tomato chutney.
