This is our contribution to 2024 Black History Month (BHM) with a series of Jazz events that reflect the 2024 BHM theme of "Reclaiming Narratives" - acknowledging and appreciating the myriad contributions of Black individuals throughout history.Over the month we will present one gig a week culminating in a short festival over 3 days. Significant Jazz musicians will be celebrated, two new pieces of work commissioned and an anti-slavery suite delivered by a mix of local, national and international stars. We are proud to have such a strong programme and this is generously supported by Arts Council England.
As well as various ticket combinations for the weekend, there's also a special ticket which will get you into every show (a total of 10 shows) we are putting on during the month of October. The special ticket is priced at just £80 standard, £60 members, £30 students.
