The Theme: BIPOC Sangha Winter Releasing Ceremony 2026: Releasing the Past and Turning Inward with Compassion
You are warmly invited into a sacred communal space where reflection, release, and renewal come together. During this gathering, Travis Spencer will hold space for a gentle yet powerful Releasing and Opening Ceremony for 2026—an opportunity to honor ourselves both individually and collectively. Together, we will mindfully release what no longer serves us on our life’s journey, celebrate new beginnings, and open our hearts to what is ready to emerge as we move forward. As part of this intentional practice, you are invited to bring a photo of yourself as a child—preferably around 5 years old—either digital or print —to serve as a tender reminder of your innocence, resilience, and the wholeness you carry within.
“If you want to fly, you have to give up the things that weigh you down — especially the stories that tell you you’re not enough.” – Oprah Winfrey
Join us as this sangha continues to affirm the definition of community as expressed by MLK, Jr.
Our goal is to create a beloved community, and it will require a qualitative change in our souls, as well as a quantitative change in our lives. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.
