All Participants: Post weight pictures every morning by 10 AM during the first 7 days.

During the First Week (For All Participants)

Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2024: 15-minute Zoom Call 3 - Midweek Check-In (8:00 PM)
Purpose: Provide accountability, track progress, and answer questions.
