Tina Jackson is a dedicated breathwork practitioner and teacher of rest. guiding others toward deep restoration and energetic expansion through the power of breath. With a background as a classically trained professional dancer. fitness model, fashion stylist. and movement curator. Tina weaves wisdom from dance, yoga. Pilates, and spirituality into her practice. Her work has been instrumental in transforming wellness communities, offering breath-centered practices that allows the mind to unplug, nourish the nervous system, and cultivate inner stillness. Tina creates a space for liberation, authenticity, and deep renewal, helping others reconnect with their true essence.
