Biodanza offers you a space for movement, expression, dance and community connection.You don’t need to be a dancer to do Biodanza, just willing to try something new.

As social creatures that have evolved to move and connect for our wellbeing. Biodanza offers you a space for this – there is movement, dancing and connection with yourself and other people. are invited to come an experience the joy and vitality of Biodanza.
You don't need to have any experience. If you like moving to music, this is for you. Biodanza invites you to awaken your innate joy, to move away from stress and towards vitality and presence.
There are no steps to learn and no right or wrong way to do it. It is a space for you to enjoy the freedom of expression, to connect with your body and be more present with yourself and others.
In a Biodanza session you will experience different rhythms and inspiring music specifically chosen from around the world to re vitalise you from the inside out.

**What to bring & wear
A bottle or water and wear comfortable layered clothing. You are invited to dance barefoot or wear non slip socks.
What do you need to know
You don't need to have any experience or coordination.
There will be brief introduction about Biodanza.
It is a facilitator guided movement class. The facilitator shows the "spirit" of the movement and then you are invited to do you own free interpretation.
The event is for adults (18+)
