Biodanza: From Roots to Wings - Exploring Qualities of the Chakras

Warm welcome to my new weekly Biodanza-group at Tantrasenteret in Oslo.
In this season I will invite you to a journey of 7 Biodanza classes where we will explore the embodied qualities of the chakra system, as well as a closing class to celebrate Life at the end.
Biodanza means "Dancing Life". It is an emotional expressive dance where I as the facilitator will invite you to a sequence of different dances, either dancing for yourself, or in twos, or with the whole group. It's improvisational, not steps to learn and no experience in Biodanza required. Biodanza can give you intense experiences (vivencias) that can help you to become more energized, integrated and resilient over time, as it has been for me during my personal journey with Biodanza.

Price:
For the whole season: 960,- kr (120 kr. per class)
Drop-in normal price: 250,- kr
Drop-in low-income price: 190,- kr

Practical:
- Come in comfortable clothing
- Take with you a water bottle
- The venue opens at 18:15. Please come no later than 18:35, because we have only one toilet
- We will start on time, so the doors are closing at 18:45. If you are late due to delays in public transport, send SMS to 47 45 33 10 before 18:45 so the assistent can let you in if it's not too late.
- If everyone attending speaks Norwegian, the event will be held in Norwegian
About the host:
Anselm is a child- and adolescent psychiatrist and attending Norsk Biodanzaskole. He is giving Biodanza classes under supervision as part of his final part of becoming a Biodanza facilitator.
