These Friday morning Biodanza classes take place in the beautiful Heart Song Temple, in Bethells Valley, surrounded by trees and birds.
What is Biodanza?
Biodanza is a system of human development that uses music, movement, and meaningful encounters with others to support vitality, emotional integration, creativity, and connection.
It’s not about steps or choreography — it’s an invitation to move as you are, to feel, to express, and to reconnect with your natural joy of being alive.
This series is an invitation to begin the year opening ourselves to new possibilities:
✨ to see life and the world with other colours
✨ to share with others — who bring us information through their presence, their gaze, their humanity
✨ to gently unfold our essence, reveal our identity, peel one more layer… and simply BE

Energy Exchange (from the following week):
• $20 per class
• $150 for the full 9-week series
No previous experience needed — just bring comfortable clothes and an open heart 💛
