Spring is a time of renewal. After the long winter, seeds begin to awaken beneath the soil, responding to the quiet call of life. In the same way, we are invited to reawaken—to reconnect with our breath, our bodies, and our natural rhythms.Breath is the bridge between stillness and movement.
Through guided breathwork and Biodanza, we will explore the rhythms of expansion, release, rest, and expression. This workshop offers a supportive space to pause, reset, and gently step into the fresh energy of the new season.
