Bike & Run session for International Women’s Day! With Triathlon Cymru and Beicio Cymru
About this Event

We will start at the Bowls Club then make our way onto the track later on.

Please note it's a road bike sesoon or any bike bit not a fixed wheel bike.
Join us for friendly, female‑led sessions that blend practical bike maintenance with fun cycle and run activities for all ages and abilities. Expect a relaxed, supportive atmosphere where you can build confidence, try something new, and enjoy great company all rounded off with Coffee & Cake.

Join us for an active, social International Women’s Day event that brings women together to ride, run, and build confidence in a supportive environment.

10:30–11:30 — Coffee, Cake & Bike Checks

Drop in for:

• Coffee and cake

• A relaxed chance to chat

• Optional bike checks and support

11:30–1:00 — Velo Activities

We’ll head into the Velo for a mixed session including:

• Cycling

• Running

• Transition practice

The session is open to all levels — whether you’re training regularly or trying something new.
