Bring your Little and enjoy a bonding partner aerial yoga experience!
$50 enrollment includes admission for one adult [all genders welcome] and one child age 6-9. Adult must be a legal guardian of child for liability reasons.
Instructors will lead Big & Little yogis through a series of assisted aerial yoga poses and acro yoga poses designed with safety, bonding, and fun in mind! Space is very limited, so reserve your silk now!
Don't forget to bring water and a hair tie.
What to wear: normal yoga-wear is good, but form-fitting clothing (as opposed to flowing fabric) is most comfortable and easy for the silks. All jewelry, including piercings, should be removed, and sharp hair accessories and fingernails should be removed.
