IMPORTANT NOTES

• This class will be taught in Spanish, with cues in Spanish and posture names in English or Sanskrit
• Remember to listen to and respect your body's signals during our classes. Yoga is a personal practice, and it's essential not to force yourself into any posture that doesn't feel comfortable.
• If you have any injuries or medical conditions, please notify me before class or refrain from participating if you feel it's unsafe for you.
• There is a maximum capacity of 10 people, reserve your ticket in advance to secure your spot.
• In case of rain, the event will be postponed. We will inform via email confirming the cancellation and the new date.

DON'T FORGET:

• Arrive 10 minutes before class to get settled and be ready to start on time.
• Wear comfortable clothing for practicing the poses/asanas.
• Bringing your mat is essential, and/or blocks/straps if you have them at home.
• Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
• We will meet in front of the Georgetown Waterfront Park Labyrinth, next to the gate facing the river (see image).

4. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the class instructor from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including attorney fees, arising out of or in connection with your participation in the event.
5. Photography and Videography: You consent to the use of any photographs, videos, or other recordings taken during the event for promotional or informational purposes by the organizer.
