Join us for a relaxing yoga class in Spanish! Connect with your body and mind, embrace the outdoors, and engage with other Spanish speakers.

Horario: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Come and enjoy an outdoor yoga class, with the stunning view of the Potomac River. This session will be conducted in Spanish. Relax and connect with your body and mind. Don't miss out!
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Remember to listen to and respect your body's signals during our classes. Yoga is a personal practice, and it's essential not to force yourself into any posture that doesn't feel comfortable.
- If you have any injuries or medical conditions, please notify me before class or refrain from participating if you feel it's unsafe for you.
- There is a maximum capacity of 10 people, reserve your ticket in advance to secure your spot.
- In case of rain, the event will be postponed. We will inform via email confirming the cancellation and the new date.
DON'T FORGET:
- Wear comfortable clothing for practicing the poses/asanas.
- Bringing your mat is essential, and/or blocks/straps if you have them at home.
- Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
- We will meet in front of the Georgetown Waterfront Park Labyrinth, next to the gate facing the river (see image).
