Get ready to shake your shoulders, smile, and move to the high-energy beats of Bhangra, followed by a reenergising yoga session! 💃🕺
Traditionally bhangra was a harvest dance in Northwest India, it is now danced across the world and particularly in times of celebration. Two left feet? Don't worry, this is a workshop for everyone!
🧘♂️To complement the vibrant energy of Bhangra, we'll transition into another practice coming from India.
Our yoga class will be a restorative practice, perfect for stress relief, recharging your energy, and setting you up for a fantastic rest of your Sunday.
No prior experience required and suitable for all levels!
£15 for the Bhangra workshop
£10 for the Yoga session
£25 for the Bhangra and the yoga session
All proceeds go to WaterAid, you will be supporting our current projects in Pakistan!
