The BGCS would like to invite all subspecialty registrars, specialty registrars and trainees with an interest in gynaecological oncology along with Gynaecological Oncology Trainers to the Annual Trainees and Trainers Meeting on Friday 30th January 2026 at IET, Austin Court, Birmingham with a networking event and dinner on evening of Thurs 29th January (at 6.30pm) * numbers limited* (venue: The Cosy Club, Unit 9F, The Water's Edge, Brindley Pl, Birmingham B1 2HL).
The meeting will include high quality lectures on current topics in gynaecological oncology and presentations with panel discussions on training matters. This is a fantastic opportunity to meet your colleagues and peers from across the UK. Please feel free to share details of this meeting to anyone who may be interested.
Along with networking time, the meeting offers those considering subspecialty training in gynaecological oncology an opportunity to meet Subspecialty Training Programme Directors from across the country.

If you need to cancel your place for any reason, the following cancellation terms will apply:
Please note that if you book a place at the dinner, £30 of the registration fee paid is not refundable.
Between 6 weeks – 4 weeks 20% (less £30 if you have booked for the meal), of total fees payable. (Less Eventbrite fees which are non-refundable).
Between 4 weeks – 2 weeks 50% (less £30 if you have booked for the meal), of total fees payable. (Less Eventbrite fees which are non-refundable).
Under 2 weeks – 100% of fee payable.
