We’re proud to welcome Monica Albizo!
With over eight years of experience as a yoga teacher, Monica helps people reconnect with their bodies through intentional, sustainable movement. She currently teaches at Y7 in Silver Lake and is also a certified personal trainer, bringing a well-rounded understanding of strength, mobility, and functional movement to every class.
In addition to studio classes, Monica offers private yoga instruction, corporate yoga sessions, and personal training — and she has even been featured in The New York Times!
Her approach emphasizes building strength, improving mobility and flexibility, and creating movement practices that support long-term health.
