One-on-one Check-Ins
The one-on-one check-ins with a therapist are a great opportunity to feel seen and heard in what is present for you. They are also an opportunity to test-drive what therapy might feel like with a particular therapist. Check-ins are 15 minutes long. After the 15 minutes, you can decide if you would like to continue working with this person. If so, you can have a full 50-minute therapy session, right then and there. Therapist fees will apply for a full session. You can learn more about the available therapists and sign up for check-ins at the event.

What's Your Intent? Movement, Mental Health & Why We Don't Show Up
Host: Anna Hertel
Info: Most people know they should move more. Very few understand why they don't, and even fewer know that the answer has a clinical name. What's Your Intent? is an experiential workshop designed for anyone who has ever told themselves they'd start Monday. Drawing on psychoeducation, somatic awareness and the science of behavior change, the workshop guides participants through the real emotional barriers that keep people away from regular movement. Not as personal failures, but as workable patterns.
Participants leave with reusable, guiding tools to support them on their journey towards reauthoring their barriers. These include a personalized movement framework for healthy aging, energy & stress reduction, a written record of their own intent, and a set of practical resources they can return to every week. This is not a fitness class or a motivational talk. It is an hour of honest, evidence-informed conversation about the relationship between the mind, body & the stories we tell about both
Help! How Do I Regulate When the World Is So Dysregulated?
Host: Emily Chow
Info: Often when the world feels overwhelming, we try to cope by checking out, turning toward endless news feeds or staying busy to avoid the weight of what we are actually feeling. This workshop invites you to stop the habit of abandoning your own experience and instead practice the radical kindness of staying with yourself through difficult emotions like fear and grief. Together, we will use mindful awareness and authentic connection to help us remain grounded, present, and connected, even when things around us feel out of control
Anxiety Techniques That Work
Host: Aaron Starr
Info: Sometimes when you’re anxious, it can seem like nothing you do will make the feeling go away. It may get to a point where you start to feel that being unpleasantly anxious is “normal” or that you are just an “anxious person”. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to keep your anxiety in check, so that it shows up just like your other emotions—when you need it, for as long as you need it.
