About this Event
"Beyond USMCA: A New Vision of North America: Methodology, Polling & Research"
Event Overview
The New North America Initiative is developing a new methodology for engagement across North America. Our work builds directly upon the framework established by the Foreign Policy for the Middle Class project led by Salman Ahmed at Carnegie Endowment. We view that work as a foundational starting point, which we are now expanding to help shape a uniquely Western, non-Washington/Ottawa-centric vision for the continent. While current discourse is rightly focused on USMCA/CUSMA, our discussion will explore “what comes next,” reflecting the generational shifts underway in the North American relationship.
