About this Event
In January, twelve members of Beyond Our Borders traveled to Guatemala City, Antigua, and Panajachel to see firsthand how our grants are supporting women, families, and communities.
Join us to hear reflections and stories from the trip — from conversations with local community members about the challenges many Guatemalans face to meeting inspiring women entrepreneurs who have transformed microloans into thriving businesses through our partner, Friendship Bridge.
Along the way, we experienced the richness of Guatemalan culture, from the vibrant markets of Panajachel to the historic streets of Antigua and the breathtaking beauty of Lake Atitlán.
Come learn what we saw, what inspired us, and how purposeful travel deepens our connection to the communities we support.
Light bites and drinks will be provided. Please RSVP to attend, and bring a friend interested in global philanthropy!
