About this Event
November 30, 2025 | 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM | Aga Khan Museum, Toronto
On the evening of November 30, 2025, the Aga Khan Museum will transform into a living canvas of sound, color, and culture for the Silk Road 2 Concert – Beyond the Silk Road, presented by Orkid Gallery Collection Inc. in collaboration with the Silk Road Event Team.
“The Journey Beyond the Silk” is a narrative concert of music, dance, and art, unfolding an inner journey along the ancient Silk Road. Through the eyes of a narrator, the story reveals a personal and emotional exploration that connects the past and the present, symbolized by the thread of a silk cocoon. From China to India, from Azerbaijan to Egypt, and beyond, every chapter of the journey blends authentic sounds, movements, and visual storytelling to create a deeply immersing experience.
The performance brings together a team of visionary artists: Anooheh Booryaee (Creative Director and Choreographer), Saman Mohammadnabi (Orchestra Conductor and Arranger, and Amin Vali (Music Director), alongside a collective of talented musicians, vocalists, and guest performers from around the world, each contributing their own cultural voice to this shared narrative.
The Journey Beyond the Silk will be presented at the prestigious Aga Khan Museum Auditorium.
✨ Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the performance begins.
