This multidisciplinary panel features a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP), Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) — all of whom personally live with endometriosis.

Blending clinical expertise with lived experience, this conversation explores comprehensive, whole-person care for endometriosis — from diagnosis and pelvic pain management to nervous system regulation, mental health, and resilience. Expect honest dialogue, practical insight, and validation from clinicians who truly understand both sides of the journey.

Led by Dr. Jessica, this immersive sound bath and guided meditation is thoughtfully designed for those navigating pelvic pain.

Through gentle breathwork, grounding meditation, and therapeutic sound frequencies, participants will be guided to calm the nervous system, soften muscular guarding, and cultivate a sense of safety within the body. This restorative experience supports vagal tone, deep relaxation, and compassionate reconnection with the pelvis.
