Beyond the Breath for the Guys & Gals

Join us as we gather to deepen our relationship to ourselves and our breath. We will explore the science and structure of functional breathing. Our breath is the foundation of our nervous system & overall health. If the foundation is faulty, everything we build upon it will be as well. By learning proper breathing mechanics, we can create a stable foundation for our mind, body & soul. Learn what the breath is, what is does & how to do it properly with function.
After our airways are flowing, we will dive deep into the lost art of conscious breathing techniques. Discovering how they can provide mental clarity, reduce stress, enhance your athletic ability, and improve your overall health.
Science is showing that the body expresses what the mind suppresses. By intentionally activating our breath we are able to shut down the Prefrontal Cortex (monkey mind/Ego) allowing our subconscious mind to come online. Allowing us to get out of our heads and feel into the body. Here in the deep delicate state of subconscious awareness, we can begin to unravel the secrets to Self-Mastery. Opening us up to profound emotional processing and tapping into the ancient wisdom....

Victoria Strutt is a Certified Breathwork Facilitator & Holistic Healer. Through her own self de-construction, soul retrieval & deep healing, she has found that our greatest source of power lies within. Victoria founded Alchemy of Air to bring holistic healing modalities to the community and individual coaching to those seeking spiritual & self growth. Her passion is in holding space for those journeying through the dark, on the path to remember their light.
