Come join us for a rejuvenating SOUND HEALING experience with TamZen and Jon at the Center For Spiritual Living in San Clemente. Let the soothing sounds wash over you, promoting relaxation and healing. This in-person event is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the power of sound therapy. This two facilitator Sound Bath is very immersive and incorporates a wide variety of sound therapy tools including an extra large Gong, 7 chakra Quartz Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Didgeridoo, Handpan, Ocean Drum, Medicine Drum, Rain Stick, Koshi Chimes, Rattles, Native American Flute and more!
This event is on the first Sunday of each month.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and comfy clothes. Eye mask is optional.
No experience required~ ALL ARE WELCOME.
