Beyond Sweet Words: Living the Dharma That Transforms
Everyday we hear words that inspire, motivate, and guide us to discovering a truth and happiness that we feel is possible, but somehow never reach. Despite encountering these insights again and again, we often feel stagnated, and unable to meet the message.
Bhante Sujatha teaches us that the words of wisdom are sweet, but without practice and action, they are just empty sounds.
This workshop invites participants to explore the Dharma beyond comforting words and spiritual entertainment. Grounded in the Buddha’s teachings, we will reflect on suffering, personal responsibility, and the courage required for genuine practice. Together, we will examine how true compassion includes clarity, how wisdom arises from lived experience, and why awakening is not always comfortable but deeply freeing.
This is a practical, honest exploration of the Dharma as medicine for the heart, not sweetness for the ego.
This workshop will feature guided meditation to foster inner peace, alongside a dynamic question-and-answer session where participants are encouraged to share their thoughts, experiences, and insights.
