In this hands-on workshop, you’ll complete a guided readiness checklist, identify launch-blocking gaps and begin building your company playbook in real time. By the end, you’ll know exactly what’s missing, what’s working and your next steps to confidently move toward market entry.

YOUR FACILITATOR:

Teresa DeJohn is a B2B marketing consultant and fractional CMO who helps early-stage and technical startups go to market with clarity and credibility. She specializes in uncovering blind spots in messaging, positioning and PR that can stall growth before it starts. Teresa works closely with founders who lack internal marketing teams, helping them build strong foundations that drive awareness, traction and investor confidence.

WORKSHOPS REQUIRE ADVANCE REGISTRATION AND ARE FREE TO BOUNCE CLIENTS AND $5 FOR NON-CLIENTS

This event is open to all entrepreneurs looking to take their business beyond the startup phase. Bounce clients, including tenants, remote tenants and monthly Generator members, can attend for free, but are still required to register. All other entrepreneurs are asked to pay a $5 fee. Seating is limited. All participants are welcomed to enjoy free coworking at Bounce for the entire day.
