On April 16th, Session 3 of this interactive series, "Beyond Puzzles: Meaningful Activities for Brain Health" will explore the depths of how engaging activities goes beyond simple puzzles or games, it supports brain, body, and emotions in ways that improve overall quality of life. Karen will engage guests with this interactive session exploring tools that can help enhance your mind and body while building confidence and security in your journey.
