Join us for a full day of BEYOND by Olive Collective CIC – an uplifting and empowering day designed especially for women navigating the highs and lows of menopause, midlife & beyond.On Thursday 16th October we’ll gather at the Firepit Gallery, Greenwich (a stone’s throw from the O2) for a full day of expert talks, creative workshops, movement, inspired womens art, photography and community connection. This is a chance to discover new tools for your menopause toolkit, meet incredible women, and leave feeling stronger, supported, and inspired.
We have incredible experts, throughout today to guide, encourage, answer questions and give you fun and meaningful ways to support your body and mind.
What’s On – Thursday 16th October:
11am – Creative Journal Workshop & Meno Talk: Reflect, share & express through writing and conversation - with Pragya Kumar from Artiday
12.30pm – Menopause 101 Expert Talk: Understand the basics of menopause and your hormones with practical, science-backed tips with Dr Rita Maia and Wellness With Amy
2.30pm – Shhh Hormones & Magnesium Benefits: Learn how magnesium supports your body and mind through hormone changes - with Dr (HO) Marva Williams plus a book signing
4pm – Reset: Lymphatic & Pilates Stretch: Gentle movement and breath to reset, release tension & boost energy - with Ailsa Petchey from Olive Collective
6.30pm – MPowder Hormone House Party: End the day in style with an incredible evening of talks, movement, music, chat & community support with Abigail Beckingham & Dr Michelle Nyangereka
