Join us for an evening of gentle movement, breath, and guided meditation designed to help you reconnect with your body and energy during this seasonal shift.
We’ll meet in the liminal space between autumn and winter — a natural time to slow down, release what’s no longer needed, and realign with balance and calm.
Through grounding breathwork, mindful movement, and energetic attunement, you’ll leave feeling lighter, centred, and reconnected to yourself.
This session is open to everyone — no experience needed, just an open heart and the willingness to pause, breathe, and receive.
About the session:
We will open with ceremonial cacao to increase the release of feel good hormones and assist heart opening. Through guided breastwork and movement, we will attune to the solstice portal and ignite our inner purpose, vitality and joy.
This meditative flow is a form of a ritual designed to help you enter a slight trance, an altered state where you will be able to quiet your mind, and really connect to your heart and body.
We begin with balancing and energising breathwork to get us calm, and present. We then move into the guided, choreographed flow, building our energy slowly and reaching catharsis - a moment of total release. Next, we follow by grounding our energy and finish with a still guided meditation, where we journey inwards to shift your reality and align with the version of yourself that has already achieved your dreams and desires.
It is not an expressive movement which may feel intimidating and uncomfortable in a group. We flow together in synchronicity, with no judgement.

About the host:
Magdalena Bartosiak is a Reiki healer, movement artist, and the creator of Limminal Movement Meditation (LMM)—a somatic healing practice that blends breath, movement, and mindfulness into a powerful ritual for emotional and energetic transformation.
With a background in choreography, energy healing, and embodied wellness, Magdalena created Limminal to help people—especially women and mothers—step into their power, release what no longer serves them, and reconnect with their inner peace and purpose.
Her classes are more than just movement—they’re a safe space to regulate your nervous system, process emotions, and shift into a higher state of being. Magdalena’s work is rooted in joy, presence, and deep remembrance of the truth that healing and transformation begin within.
