Betts Park - mixed adult forest bathing

ParkBathe is a green health project providing mindful walks and nature connection as a means to improve the health and wellbeing of all people (especially who might not normally engage in 'wellness activities').

ParkBathe uses aspect of forest bathing, forest school and mindfulness and is simply walking slowly in a local green space whilst noticing our surroundings (no water is involved!)

The 1 hr guided sessions consist of small groups (max 12 people) in Betts Park.

* We recommend wearing warm layers, socks and waterproofs as we walk slowly. We DO go out in the rain !

CITIZEN SCIENCE:

Since 2021 we have taken over 1,200 people on walks and collected a wealth of health data. These results are published HERE.
