Introductory Workshop September 15th 2:00 to 3:30 pm

Learn mind body techniques and strategies to immediately improve your balance control. Minding Your Balance™ training draws on exercises from the martial arts and lessons from modern neuroscience to provide you with tools you can put to immediate use for better balance.

Susan Chandler, MA & 6th degree black belt in Ki-Aikido, has been teaching the mind body skills for better balance for over 35 years.
