About this Event
A consistent yoga practice is one of the best ways to feel grounded and steady throughout our busy lives. In this class we will focus on grounding into our breath and steadying our balance postures while building equilibrium of the body, mind, and soul.
Alyssa Perry will be teaching the class and has over a decade of experience in wellness including three years of dedicated yoga practice. Alyssa ventured into teaching yoga as a personal challenge to build her self-confidence. What began as a personal journey has blossomed into a passion for sharing the joy and balance yoga brings.
All levels are welcome, age 8+. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own mat as only a limited number are available for use. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to get settled as class will begin promptly at 7:15pm.
Please Note - A minimum of 6 signups will be required for the class to proceed as planned. Cancellations for ANY reason with less than 24 hours notice cannot be refunded or transferred.
