About this Event
Get ready for a fun, in-person adventure in the heart of Berlin! This Color Hunt is all about spotting vibrant hues around the city and learning how to capture them like a pro. Whether you're a newbie or a color enthusiast, this workshop is perfect to boost your creativity and meet like-minded people. As part of our 700+ member community with a 4.7 star rating on meetups, you'll be joining a community of local creatives. Check out our meetups event page here.
In this workshop, we’ll go beyond simply taking photos; we’ll train your eye to see color with intention and use it as a powerful storytelling tool. Instead of focusing on subjects alone, this challenge invites you to explore Berlin through a single lens: color.
How the Challenge Works: You’ll be split into small groups of 2–3 people. Each group is assigned one color and has 60 minutes to scout, hunt, and bring it to life through a series of images. By the end, each group will become the storyteller of their color across the city.
Within your group, you’ll collaborate, explore, and share perspectives. It’s a great opportunity to meet like-minded creatives!
What to Bring: Your Camera (DSLR, mirrorless, or smartphones are allowed) • Comfortable clothing for walking • Curiosity and an open mind

About the organizer: I am from Australia and I moved to Berlin 3 years ago to pursue my passion as a portrait photographer. I’m currently working as an independent photographer and I first started out my passion from walking on the streets on Berlin and approach people for a spontaneous interview/photoshoot, and now I've worked with several celebrity comedians like Atsuko Okatsuka and Tamer Kattan.
