Join Aqua Zumba instructors Carah and Anna for a party in the pool Saturday, Dec. 20 from Noon **SHARP** -1:15pm at King Pool (1700 Hopkins, Berkeley, Calif). Make a splash by adding a low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise to your fitness routine. There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua fitness class so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles. Please be in the pool 5 minutes before the party's start time. You don't need to know how to swim. The water will be chest-deep at the max. The water is also WARM! This is an outdoor Pool.
