๐ฟ Bethlehem Dinner: A Gathering in the Hidden Church ๐ฟ
Step back in time to the days of the early believers, when faith was shared quietly, stories were whispered by lamplight, and hope lived even in the shadows. Join us for an immersive evening that remembers the birth, life, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and the believers who carried His light in secret.
This yearโs Bethlehem Dinner will transport you to an underground gathering of the early church, still meeting in secret to celebrate their Savior. Through story, reflection, and a simple biblical meal, weโll remember the One who conquered death and whose promise still gives us courage today.
The evening will include:
๐ A meal inspired by the foods of biblical times, simple, nourishing, and shared in fellowship.
๐ Dramatic storytelling from Brother Carlos Garbutt as Elias, a follower of the Disciple John, bringing to life the story of Christ through the eyes of the early church.
๐ A live paper-making demonstration with reflections on how faith is shaped, strengthened, and shared even in persecution.
๐ A sacred closing of shared bread and cup in remembrance of Christโs sacrifice and promise to return.
More than a meal, this is a time to remember that His light still shines, even in hidden places.
Come ready to reflect, to connect, and to carry the message of Christ into the world around you.
