About this Event
Benevolent Burlesque is a burlesque, aerial, and variety showcase with proceeds going to a worthy cause.
We are in a unique position; we have a beautiful stage inside our studio, and that gives us the ability to hold charity events without the overhead of renting a space. We want to continue to use that power for good with Buttercup’s Benevolent Burlesque. Our charity this year is Pet Pal Animal Shelter, a beautiful facility saving animals in St Petersburg, FL.

Buttercup Pole Dance was established in 2011 – by a cliché Floridian who stripped her way through college. With a sociology degree in hand, the only thing she wanted to do with her life was show other people how pole dancing and alternative fitness could bring joy, confidence, and community to anyone who was down to try.
