Join us every Saturday morning for Benefit Your Body on Broadway, a free community wellness series in the heart of downtown Idaho Falls. Enjoy a variety of fitness classes led by local instructors, including yoga, Pilates, HIIT, Zumba, and barre.Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, these one-hour classes are designed for all fitness levels. Yoga mats are provided, and participation is completely free thanks to the Idaho Falls Downtown Development Corporation (IFDDC).
