Throughout our lives, we have experiences where we are left with a sense of wonder. What did I just experience? What I am connecting to? What does this mean for me and my life?
Join us for an introductory course on depth psychology for healing professionals, where we will hold curiosity and attention to the hidden factors that guide our lives. In this course, we will discuss core principles, dive into dreams, and experience the symbolic language of our bodies. These tools will not only enrich your clinical work but also your personal life.

Kathleen Chavoor
Kathleen Chavoor, M.A., is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in Jungian and depth psychology. Her first-generation Armenian Assyrian background uniquely enriches her clinical work, bridging the realms of psychology and cultural studies.
As a clinician in private practice for seven years, Kathleen supports her patients as they access the deeper, often hidden parts of their authentic Self. She highlights the importance of confronting rather than avoiding suffering, guiding individuals toward a path of greater balance, integration, and authenticity in life.
Currently completing a Ph.D. in Depth Psychology, Kathleen’s research explores archetypal dream images within genocidal communities, shedding light on the intricacies of collective dreaming amid historical traumas and facilitating dream workshops, including "Understanding Dream Images through Cultural Mythology" in Gyumri, Armenia.
Kathleen’s work represents diverse perspectives, revealing the nuanced role of dreaming within the unconscious cultural narratives of diasporic communities.
Michelle Kucera-Jewell
Nearly three decades ago, when Michelle Kucera-Jewell left her childhood home along the Hocking River, she could not have envisioned the adventures ahead. Her journey took her from Appalachia across North America, where she led nonprofits for adjudicated youth in wilderness therapy programs. Her global travels included expanding Apple in China, living with the Maasai and working with the African Wildlife Foundation in Tanzania, training in Shamanic Medicine with Peruvian Curanderos, and being initiated by Indigenous Mayan Elders in Guatemala to serve cacao. Academically, she thrived while pursuing a Ph.D. in Depth Psychology, transforming knowledge into wisdom by being present with those on healing journeys.
A series of dreams and synchronicities led Michelle back to her roots, where she, her husband Michael, their Bernedoodle pup Oso, and her family are creating a healing center on their 5th generation Rural Appalachian farmland. Committed to reciprocity, she is reconnecting with her origins and giving back to her community. Her research explores how contemporary women use the stories of Galatea, Metis, and Artemis to challenge patriarchy through "quiet" rebellion at home.
