Step away from the city and reconnect with nature in one of Dublin’s most secret and beautiful gardens. This immersive workshop is designed to help you relax, slow down, and gently spark your creativity.
Held on May 1st - Beltane, a traditional Irish celebration of new beginnings and the height of spring - this experience invites you to align with the energy of the season.
We begin with shinrin-yoku (forest bathing) in the serene surroundings of Trinity College Botanic Gardens. Among blooming plants and the peaceful arboretum, you’ll be guided into a calm, restorative experience.
Afterwards, we gather for a soothing herbal tea ceremony, followed by creating your own fresh spring ikebana arrangement—bringing together nature, mindfulness, and creativity.
