Meet the panel

Preet is the founder and head physiotherapist at Embrace Physiotherapy, Singapore's dedicated women's physio clinic and our home for the evening. Amanda Lim is a certified coach, nutritionist, and Director of LIFT Clinic, with 18 years of experience helping women reclaim their health. Apple Ng is a personal trainer and Embrace client who brings the lived experience perspective every room like this needs. And holding it all together is Shefali, facilitator and a women's health advocate working with Smile Makers to bring pelvic health out of the shadows and into everyday conversation.
