This project is in collaboration with the Cultural Alliance of York, local artist Carla B. Long, York College’s Center for Community Engagement, Give Local York, White Rose Leadership Institute, Pennsylvania Council for the Arts, and the York College students of the FYS Belonging Blueprints class taught by Professor Myra Toms
