About this Event
We are shaking up the wellness industry with community and compassion with our biggest community breathwork event yet!
For a long time, my mission has been about making healing accessible to everyone, especially the people who truly need it. We are removing any barriers to entry and bringing back basic, old-school community values and of course, access to the life changing Breathwork for Emotional Release.
And that is exactly what this space will be about. I am super excited to bring you this IN PERSON community space complete with Breathwork for Emotional Release Session, at The Orangery, Carrow House, 301 King Street, Norwich, Norfolk, NR1 2TG.
We will start the evening with some time to connect with one another, I will give a short introduction of what to expect and then we will get straight into the breathwork. This will be a full Breathwork for Emotional Release session, ending with an iconic emotional release collective scream.
Everything will be explained on the night, so you are more than welcome if this will be your first time trying this style of breathwork.
Doors will open at 6.30pm ready for a 7pm start.
Please bring a yoga mat or something to lay on, a blanket, or even your coat, to cover yourself and something to cover your eyes (eye mask, jumper).
We are opening this space to everyone, of all genders and and are keen to have no barrier to entry whatsoever.
If you are unable to afford a ticket, you can still get there and would like to come, please email us at [email protected] and we will support you to attend if we have remaining spaces.
Strictly no refunds after 7 days prior to the event.
Please note, by purchasing a ticket, you have read and understood the text below.
