Belly Heat Dance Cardio is an outdoor, rhythm-led dance fitness class designed to help you move, sweat, and feel good in your body without pressure or intimidation.

Classes are held outdoors at George English Park in Fort Lauderdale, creating a relaxed, open-air environment where you can move freely and start your day feeling energized.
What to Expect
Expect rhythmic, follow-along movement with a steady cardio flow. Movements are easy to follow, repetitive, and designed to keep your heart rate up while staying joint-friendly. Depending on the class, you may also experience light strength work and short recovery moments woven into the session.
The atmosphere is supportive, welcoming, and judgment-free. You’re encouraged to move at your own pace, take breaks when needed, and simply enjoy the music and movement.
