Belly Dance on Saturday with me :)Any level or style of dancer is welcome to come practice during Saturday classes.
We will begin class with stretches to warm up and wakeup our body and minds. Then we will move into some basic technique to stabilize and work on polishing our foundations. We will slowly begin to add a few layers of movements with Mideastern style music and also fusion/alternative music and start exploring more possibilities with in the execution of our technique. Traveling steps and some floor work may be added also.
Dress comfortably to allow all the body to move/dance. I have extra hip scarves to borrow and for sale in class... bring a water with you.
This class is 1hour 1/2 10am-11:30am
Cost is $20.00
