There are moments in life when we are surrounded by people, yet still feel unseen. When our words are spoken, but something essential remains unheard.
When early relational experiences quietly shape how we connect, belong, and protect ourselves often without our awareness.
Being Seen, Heard & Held is a three-day journey rooted in Family Constellation work, enriched by attachment theory and Gestalt therapy, and grounded firmly in present-moment awareness.
Guided by Bill Mannle, this work gently explores how early relationships and hidden family dynamics continue to influence our sense of safety, our voice, and our capacity for connection today. Rather than analysing from a distance, Bill’s approach invites direct, mindful experiencing; allowing what needs to be seen to emerge naturally, without force.
In this safe and attuned group space, you are invited to:
🔸notice how your body and emotions respond in relationship
🔸become aware of patterns formed long before words
🔸reconnect with your own inner knowing as the source of healing
You will be met not with interpretation, but with presence.
Not with fixing, but with deep listening.
Bill’s work is grounded in the belief that each person already carries the answers to their own healing and that when the right conditions are present, clarity and movement arise organically.
We are honoured to host Bill Mannle, a world-renowned facilitator based in the United States. Opportunities to experience his work in person here are rare, and his presence with us offers a depth of integration that is both therapeutic and profoundly human.
If something in you feels quietly touched by these words, trust that.
Some journeys begin not with certainty, but with being met.
And if this workshop speaks to something you recognise in yourself.. even slightly, we warmly invite you to join us.
