Ayala Cohen spent nearly two decades at SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE where she worked her way up from being a page at NBC, then was hired as an assistant in the talent department and ultimately rose through the ranks to become the department's head.

She was a motion picture talent agent at CAA, and before that, a partner at ICM, where she focused on comedic talent inside the motion picture talent group.

Ayala has most recently launched a boutique talent management company representing actors, writers, directors, and comedians.
