About this Event
Hosted by acclaimed food critic and broadcaster Jimi Famurewa, each event brings together two leading voices from the world of food — chefs, restaurateurs, writers, critics or entrepreneurs — for an honest, generous conversation about what it really takes to build a life in food.
For the first in the series Jimi is joined by two heavy-weights; Tomos Parry and Adriana Cavita.
Tomos Parry is the executive chef, founder and co-owner of Brat restaurant, Mountain restaurant and Brat x Climpson's Arch in London.
Adriana Cavita is the Mexican chef behind the critically-aclaimed Cavita restaurant in Marylebone.
Behind the Pass is presented in partnership with Nordes Gin.
